13 is an hilarious, coming-of-age musical about discovering that "cool" is sometimes where we least expect it. The stories that come to life here are ageless; the emotions they explore timeless; the laughter and the memories they provide priceless. This is a musical about fitting in and standing out and comprised entirely of young local artists 10 to14 years old. The theater is in the Dayton Convention Center, tonight and Saturday, 7pm; Sunday, 2pm.

In Aullwood, people are spotting and counting hundreds of dazzling butterflies then sending data to the North American Butterfly Association. They visit the prairies and meadows around the Center and Farm, Aullwood Garden MetroPark, and Englewood MetroPark South & East Parks. All are welcome to join for the morning, the afternoon or both sessions on Saturday from 9:30am to 4:30pm.

The Annual Car and Motorcycle Show is a family-friendly event featuring hundreds of classic vehicles and motorcycles. The day also includes prizes, giveaways, food, and music. This is at Stillwater Center, 8100 N. Main Street, in Dayton which is a home for Montgomery County children and adults who have the most severe and profound intellectual and developmental disabilities, are physically challenged, and have significant medical needs. The event is Sunday, 10am to 3pm.

The Dayton Blues Festival is the best blues bands and performances this side of the Mississippi! Food and merchandise vendors are on site. Bring blankets or event seating, but no tents, pets, outside food or beverages, please. This is Sunday 1 to 9pm; at the Riverscape Metropark and is a no cost  family-friendly event.
